The Private Session process includes three steps.

In the initial conversation, we listen, take notes and ask questions to understand as much as we can about what you want to transform.
We then check guidance using a thorough and systematic approach. We create priorities and recommendations that provide a path for you to reach more wellness.
In the follow up session, we deliver your roadmap. You receive a specific, tailor-made service and practice plan to transform the root cause(s) of your issue and discuss options on how to get started.

Julie Manhard and Janet Potts, through Heart and Soul Wellness LLC, provide certain services as Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practitioners related to their training and endorsements through the Tao Academy® which include official recognition as Master Teachers of Tao Academy®, Tao Calligraphy Master Practitioners, Tao Hands Practitioners, and Tao Calligraphy Field Master Teachers and Practitioners. The nature of these services are further described within this document.

As a Complementary and Alternative Health Care Practitioner with respect to the above-referenced Colorado Revised Statute, Julie Manhard is not licensed, certified or registered by the State of Colorado as a health care professional. Julie Manhard is not licensed as a Psychotherapist, and any license or certification she has held in the past has neither been suspended nor revoked. Janet Potts is licensed by the State of Colorado as a Physical Therapist and any license she has held in the past has neither been suspended nor revoked.

Janet Potts is a member of Heart and Soul Wellness, LLC (a/k/a Heart and Soul Wellness); Sacred Pearl Services, LLC (a/k/a Sacred Pearl Healing Service, LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company), and Potts Physical Therapy PC. Janet Potts is authorized to provide this disclosure for these companies, and each and every member, officer, director, staff, service provider, contractor, and/or agent thereof who is complying with the terms and conditions of the Colorado Natural Health Consumer Protection Act. As a licensed Physical Therapist, Janet Potts does not provide Physical Therapy services at Heart and Soul Wellness.

Julie Manhard is a member of Heart and Soul Wellness, LLC (a/k/a Heart and Soul Wellness); and has a current or former relationship with Jade Mountain Services, LLC (a Colorado Limited Liability Company), Origins Consulting and The Mentoring Company (TMC). Julie Manhard is authorized to provide this disclosure for these companies, and each and every member, staff, service provider, contractor, and/or agent thereof who is complying with the terms and conditions of the Colorado Natural Health Consumer Protection Act.

Julie Manhard and Janet Potts are not licensed medical physicians and do not diagnose, treat or prescribe remedies for the treatment of disease. The services they perform through Heart and Soul Wellness LLC, whether in person, through electronic devices, remotely, by mail or by phone, are at all times restricted to complementary and alternative health care services intended for the maintenance of the best possible state of general well-being.

They are prohibited from performing surgery or any invasive procedure, administer or prescribe x-ray radiation, prescribe prescription drugs, use general or spinal anesthetics, administer ionizing radioactive substances, use a laser device that punctures the skin, perform enemas/colonics unless board certified, practice midwifery, practice psychotherapy, perform spinal manipulation, practice optometry, directly administer medical protocols to a pregnant woman or a person who has cancer, practice dentistry, set fractures, practice massage therapy, provide a conventional medical disease diagnosis or recommend the discontinuation of a course of care recommended by a health care professional. They are also prohibited from treating children less than two years of age. In order to treat a child who is between 2-8 years of age, they must have a written, signed consent of the child’s parent or legal guardian. They recommend the child have a relationship with a licensed pediatric health care provider.

As the client, you should discuss any recommendations Julie Manhard or Janet Potts provide with your Primary Care Physician, Obstetrician, Gynecologist, Oncologist, Cardiologist, Pediatrician or Pediatric Health Care Provider, or other Board-Certified Physician.

For Services related to animal companions, Julie Manhard and Janet Potts are not licensed animal care professionals and do not diagnose, treat or prescribe remedies for the treatment of veterinary conditions. You should discuss any recommendations Julie Manhard or Janet Potts provide with your veterinarian.

Julie Manhard and Janet Potts provide services and private sessions, through their accreditations with the Tao Academy®, that specialize in teaching, guiding, mentoring, and using innovative message transformation and energy-based techniques to assist the client’s experience of a sense of well-being. The service is designed to help the client feel more positive, balanced, and peaceful. The purpose of the service is to bring greater happiness, manage stress, and provide relaxation, personal development, and spiritual transformation. The services are a spiritual transmission of light, that bias the use of high frequency and vibrational positive information, and energy to transform negative information in the vibrational field of the client. All services are personal spiritual consultations that connect with higher frequencies to remotely offer alignment with these frequencies in an aspect of a client’s life, or for a client’s animal companion. (“services”)

Heart and Soul Wellness services are not a replacement or substitute for licensed medical, psychologicaland/or veterinary evaluation, diagnosis, advice, care, and/or treatments. Janet Potts and Julie Manhard are not, nor is any service provider with whom they are affiliated with respect to these “services” acting in a capacity as a health care professional.

As a client, you shall promptly seek licensed medical attention, evaluation, diagnosis, advise, care and/or treatment for any medical ailment, mental health, or other health concern that you have now or at any later time.

Services provided by Janet Potts, Julie Manhard and Heart and Soul Wellness are “message transformation and energy-based” services and are not intended to be a substitute for medical or psychological or veterinary treatment, and they do not replace the services of licensed health care professionals.

As client, you understand that any information shared during services is not a recommendation that you stop seeing any of your licensed health care professionals or using prescribed or legend medications. Any changes you consider making are to be reviewed and advised by a health care professional.

Heart and Soul Wellness services relate only to the spiritual or quantum messages and information. Neither Janet Potts, Julie Manhard or Heart and Soul Wellness LLC, nor their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents make any representations or promises that you will receive or experience any change or improvement whatsoever in any area or condition of your life or health.

As a client, you agree that you understand that “message transformation and energy-based” techniques are considered experimental, alternative, and complementary to licensed healing services.

Any information discussed during your appointment or in relation to your requests will be held in confidence to the extent permitted by law. You understand that under circumstances of danger of harm of yourself and others we are obligated to release certain personal information.

Janet Potts, Julie Manhard, Heart and Soul Wellness may have others present during the providing of services, and some remote services may be recorded with permission.

Those present could include, but are not limited to, teachers of the Tao Academy, other advanced students, administrative assistants, or those handling technical and electronic aspects of services sessions. These others are part of the alternative and complementary services and are in compliance with and held harmless with respect to this disclosure statement. As the client, you agree to the recording of any remote services, and presence of others during the services.

Janet Potts and Julie Manhard carry liability insurance for their complementary and alternative health care services.

Except in the case of gross negligence, or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Julie Manhard, Janet Potts and Heart and Soul Wellness, LLC from and against any and all claims or liability whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my sessions or services.

You, as client can request a copy of this disclosure statement.

Consent to Receive Services: I understand that I am giving consent for reading, guidance and services from Julie Manhard and Janet Potts, Heart and Soul Wellness, LLC. I understand that I have the right to ask and have any questions answered prior to receiving any services, including any risks and benefits. I understand that it is possible for the services to initially increase my symptoms, and this can be a normal response to message transformation and energy-based techniques. By signing this agreement, I consent to have Julie Manhard and Janet Potts, Heart and Soul Wellness provide consultation and services.
