After enduring severe PTSD symptoms for over forty years, I still triggered and had insomnia, a symptom that over the decades was eroding my bodily health.

This year I finally was able to take the Tao Hands workshop. I’m very glad I did. Along with a range of other deeply helpful targeted healings, I learned how to regulate my own nervous system. But the big news is what happened after a Tao Treasure was bestowed on me by Janet and Julie. The focus: my broken brain. I began to meditate daily with the Tao Treasure, and then something miraculous happened. Four days after the treasure, I woke up symptom free. It’s been two months, and not only am I sleeping better for the first time in nearly 3 decades, but I haven’t had any PTSD symptoms, nor any Chronic Fatigue Symptoms. I am “in my body” and feeling better than I have for many years.

I feel very blessed to be working with these women and this healing modality. My health continues to improve. I can’t wait to see how good things can get!
